We Hold Ourselves
Accountable.
Sustainability isn't a marketing strategy at Dilween — it's a set of measurable, published commitments that we update every year. Here's where we stand.
Where We Are Now
Every year we publish our sustainability metrics. These are real numbers — not aspirational statements.
We measure progress against our 2027 targets and report publicly on what's working and what isn't. Accountability without transparency is just PR.

Not promises for the future. Actions we are taking right now, measurable and verifiable.
Biobased Formulas
95% or more of every formula's content is derived from renewable plant sources. We work directly with botanical suppliers to trace the origin of every active ingredient — from field to bottle. Our goal is 98% biobased across all product lines by 2027, without compromising performance.
Zero-Waste Packaging
Every bottle, cap, and label is made from material that can be recycled or reused. We've eliminated multi-material laminates and foil pouches from our entire range. Our concentrated tablet line reduces plastic use by 62% per cleaning cycle. Target: 100% reusable or plastic-free packaging by 2027.
Climate & Carbon
We have set Science Based Targets aligned with a 1.5°C pathway. Our manufacturing facility runs on 78% renewable energy and we offset 100% of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. We are actively reducing Scope 3 emissions through supplier partnerships and concentrated product formats that lower transport impacts.
Zero Chronic Toxins
We have removed every ingredient associated with cancer, reproductive harm, or chronic environmental damage from our formulas. This includes chlorine bleach, phosphates, synthetic musks, parabens, and 1,4-dioxane. We track the EU's SVHC list, California Prop 65, and the EPA's Design for the Environment criteria and act proactively.
Water Health
Cleaning products are one of the largest contributors to freshwater contamination. All Dilween surfactants are biodegradable within 28 days under OECD 301B test conditions. We test aquatic toxicity on all formulas and have eliminated phosphate-based builders that cause algal blooms and oxygen depletion in waterways.
Responsible Sourcing
Plant fibers used in our paper products and wipes carry FSC certification. Vegetable-derived feedstocks come from suppliers with verified land stewardship programs. We do not source palm oil from suppliers who cannot demonstrate no-deforestation compliance. Our supplier code of conduct is publicly available.
